Description
The Role
A reputable leader in digital and IT service delivery has an exciting opportunity within ServiceNow technologies accross ITSM, ITOM, intergrations and platform optimisation. You will be joining a collaborative team responsible for designing, developing and maintaining digital solutions that enhance business efficiency and reliability. You will be exposed to complex new technologies, ongoing development, and a chance to deepen your technical expertise accross multiple ServiceNow modules.
Key Responsibilities
Support production, testing, and development platforms, incident and request resolution within SLA.
Participate in the SDLC activities including analysis, solution design, adherence to coding best practices.
Perform system intergrations including Email, LDAP, SSO, NowMobile and SuccessFactors
Exposure to ITIL framework-aligned service delivery environments
Minimum Requirements
2 - 6 yrs ex in dev, maint and server-side prog.
Hands-on OOP principles
ServiceNow cert an added bonus
