Role Overview

We’re looking for a Mid-Level Systems Administrator / Product Support Specialist to support our hosting environments and digital products while providing clear, friendly technical support to clients. This role blends systems administration, troubleshooting, and customer-facing support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support via tickets, email, chat, and WhatsApp


Troubleshoot hosting, DNS, email, SSL, and website issues

  • Manage hosting platforms (cPanel/WHM, KonsoleH, DirectAdmin)
  • Configure and maintain Cloudflare (DNS, SSL, caching)
  • Support email setup and troubleshooting across devices
  • Assist with WordPress updates and basic fixes
  • Perform backups, restores, migrations, and basic security checks
  • Escalate complex issues with clear documentation

Requirements

  • 2–4 years experience in hosting, systems administration, or technical support
  • Strong knowledge of cPanel/WHM, DNS, and email troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge of WordPress
  • Comfortable with FTP/SFTP and basic SSH
  • Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach

Nice-to-Have

  • Linux experience (Ubuntu/CentOS)
  • Cloudflare security and performance features
  • Website/email migration experience
  • Basic HTML/CSS or SEO knowledge
