Junior IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Source, headhunt, screen, and interview high-calibre IT professionals (Developers, Data Engineers, DevOps, System Architects, etc.)

• Utilize advanced Boolean searching, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and network referrals to pipeline passive tech candidates

• Match candidate skill sets, experience, and cultural fit to specific client requirements

• Act as a reliable point of contact for clients on assigned roles, conducting intake calls and taking clear job specs

• Manage candidate submissions, schedule client interviews, collect feedback, and facilitate offer negotiations

• Maintain high standards of communication to ensure client trust and seamless service delivery

• Maintain clean record-keeping and pipeline tracking in our ATS/CRM

• Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
