Description
Minimum requirements:
- Matric with a IT Qualification (A+, N+, MCSE or equivalent)
- Basic knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong understanding of Windows and Microsoft 365
- Good problem solving skills and attention to detail
- The suitable candidate will be responsible for supporting the organisations' day-to-day technical operations
- Assist end users with troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues while learning to maintain and support IT System, devices and applications
- Be involved in system updates, routine maintenance, IT asset management and implementation of new technologies
- Work closely with the IT Administrator to gain exposure to server environment, cloud platforms, security practices and modern workplace technologies
