RESPONSIBILITIES:SAP SD Configuration and SupportUnderstand the business requirements, preparing AS-IS, and TO-BE documents and get sign-off from users forBusiness Blueprint documentSetting up the organization structure for Sales and Distribution, and perform all relevant configuration forexample Sales Organisation, Sales Areas and Invoicing etcAnalyse and provide solutions to the SD processUpdate and maintain all SAP SD functional documentation.Conduct Unit tests, Integration tests and System Integration security tests.System Monitoring including Idoc Monitoring and processingFollowing the Agile Methodology i.e., sprints, scrum meetings, retros in a DevOps environmentIntegration testing with other modulesUnderstand interfaces, IDOC and RFCs processingUnderstand the interface to KAFKA / AGATHEPreparing the cut over strategy for SD objectsPreparing User manuals and conducting training to business process ownersGo-live preparation and post Go-live supportInteraction with clients through meetings, calls, and emailsHandling Tickets and Tasks with the responsibility for closing the same within defined SLAs (Service LevelAgreements)Responsible for troubleshooting issues for the system and providing supportExecuting the required changes through configurationAny additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) CharterExecuting the analysis and resolution of Production Support callsRaising Change Requests (CRs) and writing Functional Specifications for themPreparing own test data based on process for testing of CRs (Change Requests)Testing CRs (Change Requests) and preparing test resultsCarrying out regression testingInteract with consultants of other modulesUser interface transactional solutionsQUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:IT Degree and/or relevant qualifications / 3+ years of experience
