- Matric / Grade 12
- Minimum 2 years experience in the office automation industry
- Strong troubleshooting skills (hardware, software, and basic IT support)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with printer setup, maintenance, and networking advantageous
- Valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet SLA deadlines
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be willing to travel to client sites daily and work under pressure
