About the Startup

We are an early-stage South African venture building a secure, client-facing digital platform that helps businesses and professional service teams collect, manage, and present business-critical information in a practical way. Our focus is on creating a high-trust user experience—from onboarding and account management to structured data capture and insight-led dashboards—designed for real operational decision-making.

Role Overview

We are looking for an IT professional who can design and build the core platform (MVP progressing to production): user account creation, secure client onboarding, data capture/ingestion, workflow management, and intelligence dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Build a Minimal Viable Product (MVP) platform: user accounts, authentication, roles/permissions
• Develop onboarding flows and secure data capture forms
• Integrate data sources (manual uploads, templates, APIs where applicable)
• Create dashboards (scoring, trends, insights, KPIs)
• Establish basic governance: logging, audit trail, versioning of outputs
• Security-by-design: POPIA-aligned handling, encryption, access control
• Work with analysts/account managers to translate requirements into features

Minimum Requirements

• Strong full-stack ability (front-end + back-end) OR a proven ability to deliver a working MVP quickly
• Experience with web apps, databases, and dashboarding/visualization
• Understanding of security fundamentals and handling confidential client data
• Portfolio or examples of real products you’ve built

Nice to Have

• Experience with BI tools, ETL, analytics pipelines, scoring models
• Experience in GRC / risk / compliance environments
• Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS product design
• UI/UX skills for business-grade dashboards
