- Assist with installation of equipment and systems at client sites
- Perform mounting, drilling, and equipment setup
- Ensure installations are neat, secure, and aligned to technical standards
- Support senior technicians with technical setups and maintenance
- Ensure tools and equipment are used safely and correctly
- Provide professional and courteous service to clients
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Learn and develop skills related to IT infrastructure and security installations
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Valid South African drivers license
- Willingness to be on standby every second weekend
- Ability to perform manual installation tasks
- Experience or capability with:
- Drilling holes with precision using standard tools
- Using hand tools such as hammers and drills
- Mounting equipment level and securely
- Strong customer service skills
- Professional attitude: empathetic, collaborative, and results driven
- PSIRA Grade E or higher will be advantageous
