Our client is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented IT Assistant to support daily IT operations and equipment management. This role is ideal for someone with basic IT knowledge, good organisational skills, and the ability to work in a hands-on technical environment.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

- National Senior Certificate or equivalent to NQF 4
- Basic IT tools and equipment knowledge
- 1 year IT experience advantageous
- Valid drivers license required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Adaptable, flexible, and willing to assist where needed
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights

COMPUTER SKILLS

- Good computer skills required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Carry and handle IT tools and equipment
- Clean equipment and maintain work areas
- Assist with hardware collection and IT-related tasks
- Inspect IT equipment and work areas regularly
- Maintain cleanliness across departments
- Clean and maintain the IT storeroom fortnightly
- Conduct monthly stock counts and inventory checks
