✨ Job Vacancy: Store Assistant – Décor & Linen Retail Store ✨

We are looking for a confident, motivated and well-presented individual to join our décor and linen retail team as a Store Assistant.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, takes pride in presentation, and has a passion for décor and beautiful spaces.

 Key Requirements

✔ Strong sales and communication skills
✔ Friendly and approachable — a true people’s person
✔ Proven ability to upsell and combine products that complement each other
✔ Solid administrative background and attention to detail
✔ Experience in receiving stock and data capturing
✔ Computer literate and comfortable working on digital systems
✔ Ability to contribute to and appear in marketing content for adverts and social media posts
✔ Good eye for décor and maintaining a fresh, inspiring store layout
✔ Able to work unsupervised, task-orientated and target-driven
✔ Available to work weekends (5.5-day work week)

 Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the store
• Processing sales, assisting customers, returns and cash-ups
• Receiving stock and maintaining pricing & product information
• Updating the website and point-of-sale database
• General store administration
• Ensuring the store remains attractive and visually appealing at all times
• Assisting with content creation for social media marketing
