ADMIN ASSISTANT
Reason for Reporting
IZI South Africa (Pty) Ltd(SA) is a leading provider of integrated cash management solutions. We are currently seeking a highly organised and efficient Admin Clerk to join our team in Richardsbay.
Main Purpose of Position:
As Admin Clerk, you will play a crucial role in providing full administrative support. The successful candidate will administer company policies and procedures and ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction through effective maintenance of system and continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities:
Purchase orders
Consumables control and order
Monthly stock take
Customer queries
Pack and capture consumables
Attend to all client queries on consumables
Sending weekly & monthly reports
Filing of paperwork
Health and Safety
Participate in the design/development/review/implementation and monitoring of the departmental safety plans for each year
Participate in safety forums created by the company, such as safety meetings and safety talks
Report all safety incidents to relevant personnel
Discuss all safety incidents and follow-up on assigned activities
Attend safety education and refresher programmes
Comply with safety policies and procedures in the workplace
Distribute safety information as and when required
Wear protective clothing at all times
Competencies:
Knowledge of administrative procedures
Knowledge of Cash Management processes and systems (preferred)
MS Office computer skills
Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
Numerical skills
Delivering exceptional customer service
Collaboration and cooperation with colleagues
Adaptability to changing circumstances
Attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Analytical thinking
Qualifications & Experience:
Grade 12 (Mathematics/Accounting subjects recommended)
Previous working experience within an administrative capacity essential
Computer literacy in MS Office packages required
Demonstrated experience in compiling reports
Previous Cash Management Centre experience would be highly beneficial
