Security Supervisor Needed

CIS Security is seeking a Security Supervisor who can work

day/night shifts independently in Pinetown/Durban and surrounding areas.

CIS Security requirements:

1. Must have Security Experience.

2. Have strong verbal and written communication skills.

3. Must be PSIRA Accredited.

4. Valid Driver’s license.

5. Have the ability to work independently and with a team.

6. Be observant and detail-oriented.

7. Must have sober habits and be well presented.

8. Neat and tidy.

9. Must have knowledge of general security policy and procedures.

Duties:

1. Visit sites and supervise security guards.

2. Maintain daily records.

3. Conduct patrols.

4. Assist the security manager and incident reporting.

5. Lead emergency response drills.

6. Conduct inspections for physical and safety hazards.

7. Monitor alarm systems and other security equipment.

8. Assist employees and visitors during an emergency.

9. Escort individuals from the premises when necessary.

10. Answer and conduct phone calls in a courteous manner.
