Role Overview:

As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties. You will be responsible for responding promptly to security incidents, conducting patrols, and maintaining a visible presence to deter potential threats.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor for signs of suspicious activity, vandalism, or unauthorized access.

- Check identification, issue passes, and monitor access to restricted areas to ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises.

- Respond promptly to disturbances, or security incidents, providing assistance as needed

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and observations in incident logs or reports.

- Provide a visible presence to deter crime while interacting with staff and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

- Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and legal requirements related to security procedures.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a security role is highly desirable.

- A valid security officer registration and relevant PSIRA qualifications.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Physical fitness

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
