Legion Security Services is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and manage daily security operations in Gauteng

Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Security or Business Management will be advantageous
• PSIRA Grade A registered
• Valid driver’s license
• 5–10 years’ experience in the security industry
• Previous management/supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of site management and security compliance
• Good leadership, disciplinary, and report-writing skills
• Computer literate
• Ability to work under pressure and after hours when required

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all security site operations
• Supervise supervisors and security officers
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance
• Manage client relations
• Handle incidents, investigations, and reporting
• Monitor attendance and operational performance
