Site Manager

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

• Oversee daily operations across all guard postings in the region

• Ensure all sites are fully staffed in line with contractual requirements

• Manage relief planning, absenteeism, and emergency cover

• Conduct regular site inspections (day & night)

• Ensure guards are punctual, correctly uniformed, and compliant

• Enforce SOPs and company operational standards

• Investigate incidents and submit detailed reports

Staff Management

• Manage discipline in line with labour legislation and company policy

• Conduct performance evaluations

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of security officers

• Provide coaching, training, and mentorship where required

• Maintain discipline, morale, and accountability across all sites
