Reliever Supervisor – Remote Off-Site Monitoring (Cape Town)

Our Cape Town branch, specialising in remote off-site monitoring, is seeking a confident Supervisor to join our dynamic team. If you are a strong leader with a passion for operational excellence and team development, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily operations within the monitoring/control room
• Lead, motivate, and support a team to ensure optimal performance
• Monitor staff productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
• Handle escalations, incidents, and emergency situations efficiently
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
• Compile reports and communicate effectively with senior management
• Maintain high levels of customer service and client satisfaction

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory role (preferably in a control room or call centre environment)
• Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to delegate effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong technical knowledge is beneficial
• Valid Police Clearance / Criminal Record Check (not older than 6 months)
• PSIRA registered
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Must be computer literate (MS Office and monitoring systems experience advantageous)
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Experience in an emergency control room or call centre will be advantageous
• Must be physically fit and alert
