We are seeking a responsible and alert Surveillance Controller to join our security team.

• Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems

• Identify and report suspicious or unusual activities

• Maintain accurate daily logs and incident reports

• Coordinate with on-site security personnel

• Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures

• Maintain confidentiality at all times

• Minimum High School Diploma / Grade 12 Certificate

• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CCTV systems)

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Strong observation and attention to detail

• Ability to remain calm under pressure

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Previous experience in surveillance, security, or control room operations

• Security training certificate

• Knowledge of CCTV software and monitoring systems
