We are a small, Athlone based, security company looking to expand on our control room operator team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Grade 12
  • Minimum PSIRA Grade C (valid for 2024)
  • Minimum 2 years control room operator experience
  • Must reside near Athlone area or surrounds
  • Able to work Mon - Sun, day & night shifts
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient with MS Windows, MS Office & Google business tools

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring & processing of alarm signals
  • Monitoring & processing of CCTV events
  • Despatching of emergency services
  • Liaising with clients for appointments and bookings

Advantageous:

  • Previous control room experience with Patriot CMS
  • Previous control room experience with Smart PSS & iVMS video monitoring software
