Description
A specialist manufacturing company supplying screening and process solutions to the mining industry is looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to grow and manage key mining accounts in the North West region.
This role is for someone who already understands screening products, comes from a manufacturing environment, and knows how mining sites operate.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Proven experience selling screening products / screen media / process equipment
- Background within a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment
- Demonstrated sales experience into mining operations
- Strong existing relationships within mines in the North West
- Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel regionally
- Personal vehicle for business use crucial
Experience & Skills Required:
- Managing and growing mining accounts
- Consulting with plant, maintenance, and procurement teams
- Selling technically driven, application-based solutions
- Working closely with production and operations teams
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building ability

seamless service delivery

& Networking, representing the company at trade shows, client meetings, and
industry events

Negotiation
& Pricing, by negotiating contracts, assist with pricing schedules, and
manage client communications
Requirements
·
3+ years
of field sales experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector
·
Strong
proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting)
·
Proven
ability to prepare and present sales reports and forecasts
·
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
·
Solid
understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial equipment
·
Valid
driver’s license and reliable transport
·
Willingness
to travel frequently within your territory
·
Grade 12 qualification
·
Self-motivated
and results-driven
·
Experience
reading technical drawings or specifications
·
Tender
preparation experience
