Position Overview:

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by promoting our rental services to existing and potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with customers, understand their equipment requirements, and recommend suitable solutions from our extensive inventory.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing clients.

Identify new business opportunities by prospecting and networking.

Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries promptly.

Sales and Rentals:

Promote our range of construction equipment and machinery.

Understand clients’ needs and recommend appropriate rental solutions.

Negotiate rental terms, pricing, and contracts.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Product Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of our equipment offerings.

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.

Educate clients on the benefits of our products.

Market Research:

Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Identify potential areas for expansion and growth.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.

Prepare regular reports for management.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably within the construction rental industry.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Negotiation: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Product Knowledge: Familiarity with construction equipment and machinery.
