This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who thrives on precision, quality craftsmanship, and working independently. ​The Role & Responsibilities ​The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete construction of various garments, with a specific focus on high-end, couture-level dresses. ​Independent Operation: Must be capable of managing the entire sewing process from start to finish without direct supervision. ​Garment Construction: Proficiently cut, assemble, and finish all types of garments, ensuring impeccable fit and finish. ​High-End Focus: Demonstrated expertise in handling fine fabrics and executing complex techniques required for premium and high-end dresses. ​Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of quality and attention to detail in every stitch. ​Compensation Structure ​This position operates on a piece-rate compensation model. You will be paid per garment successfully completed according to established quality standards.
