Floor Manager

We require candidates to work day and night shifts, as well as weekends and public holidays (6 shifts per week)

Qualifications, experience, skills and knowledge required:

• 2-3 years in a similar role.
• Strong leadership ability
• High attention to detail and process driven
• Fit and energetic, able to stand for long hours

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Floor Shifts, running FOH, opening & closing, orders, cash ups etc.
• Kitchen shifts; running the pass, management & training of kitchen staff
• General HR administration, filing, entering, managing petty cash etc.
• Any other duties that may be assigned to you by senior management
