HEAD CHEF

We’re looking for a passionate, hands-on Head Chef to lead our kitchen at Forking Good, a vibrant, modern, family-friendly restaurant with a focus on hearty favourites, steaks, pizzas, pastas, and contemporary dishes.

Requirements:

Strong experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef

Ability to design and develop menus (seasonal, cost-effective, creative)

Excellent with food preparation, cooking, and execution

Can lead, train, and motivate a kitchen team

Strong organisational and stock-management skills

Ability to maintain quality, consistency, and kitchen standards

Knowledge of food cost, GP, portion control, and kitchen operations

Works well under pressure and leads by example
