Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities & KPIs
1) Operational & Logistics Management
1. Plan, coordinate, and control daily logistics operations.
2. Ensure all collections and deliveries meet agreed service levels and timelines.
3. Monitor route adherence, missed lifts, and corrective actions.
4. Ensure only approved disposal facilities are used.
5. Maintain a full audit trail for all waste collected and disposed.
6. Communicate operational delays, incidents, or breakdowns to clients and internal stakeholders.
7. Ensure compliance with operational control and logistics procedures.
