primary liaison between cleaning staff and hospital management, fostering a

Required Competencies & Skills
Leadership & Supervision: Demonstrated ability to
lead, motivate, and manage cleaning personnel.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written
communication skills for reporting and staff interaction.
