DELI WORKER

We are currently looking for a Deli Worker
Core responsibilities
• Customer service: Greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, and take orders.
• Food preparation: Slice meats and cheeses, make sandwiches, and prepare other items like salads and hot foods.
• Sanitation and hygiene: Maintain a clean and organized work area, clean equipment, and follow all food safety guidelines.
• Stocking and display: Stock and organize product displays and showcases, ensuring proper product rotation and rotation.
• Product management: Weigh, label, and package products for sale.
• Equipment operation: Safely and efficiently operate equipment like slicers and ovens.
Key skills
• Customer service orientation

• Ability to follow set procedures and routines
• Physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting
• Basic math and numeracy skills
• Attention to detail for tasks like monitoring expiry dates and keeping the area clean
