Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily communications including WhatsApp messages, emails, and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate and organised student records, ensuring all files are up to date.
• Prepare daily reports related to student attendance and activities.
• Assist with front desk duties, including welcoming visitors and ensuring they sign in.
• Help coordinate meetings and appointments, including preparing meeting spaces when required.
• Prepare tea and coffee for visitors or meetings when necessary.
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data capturing, scanning, and document preparation.
• Maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
• Assist staff and management with administrative and organisational tasks.
• Respond to basic enquiries from students or visitors.
• Ensure the reception and office environment remains professional and organised.
