A busy medical practice in Hermanus is looking for a professional and friendly Medical Receptionist to join our team.
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills (English and Afrikaans)
• Professional telephone etiquette
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy front desk
• Computer literacy
• Previous medical reception experience
• Must have own transport
Duties include:
Patient check-in, appointment scheduling, answering calls, billing assistance, general admin ect.
