Minimum Requirements

• LLB Degree
• 2-3 years post admission experience

Key Competencies

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Must be self-motivated

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents as well as correspondences such as contracts and agreements inter alia
• Provide legal advice
• Preparing documents and files, including briefs and other court documents
• Negotiations and Settlements on behalf of the company
• Experience in litigation, commercial and labour law
• Presiding as a Chairperson in disciplinary hearings
• Experience in Legal Research
• Maintenance of case files, notes and reports
• Ensuring that parties abide by court orders (where applicable)
