ADMITTED ATTORNEY VACANCY

A well-established law firm based in Durban invites applications for the position of Senior Attorney.

The successful candidate will join a professional and dedicated legal team and will be expected to manage a diverse portfolio of matters with a particular focus on Labour Law.

• Admission as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa

• At least five (5) years’ post-admission experience

• Proven experience and competence in Labour Law, including litigation, CCMA, bargaining council, and employment advisory work

• Strong drafting, analytical, and advocacy skills

• Ability to work independently and to mentor or supervise junior professionals

• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills

• Market-related, commensurate with experience and qualifications

• Durban, KwaZulu-Natal
