Sound exposure processing Development Transfers dealing with Sub-divisions, Consolidations, Opening of Township and Sectional Title Registers, the ability to process Developments end-to-end working with limited supervision

from initial instruction through to finance drafting. Definite experience working within a high volume environment, meeting tight deadlines. Requirements: Grade 12, Conveyancing Paralegal Diploma, a minimum of 6 years Development Transfer exposure, sound communication abilities both written and verbal, excellent client service mentality.


LexisConvey/MSOffice literacy. A stable track record with contactable references required.
