ORTHOTIC LUMBAR (LOWER BACK) SUPPORT BRACE

Orthopaedic Lumbar (Lower Back) Support Brace of universal size to fit most with 4 semi rigid stays and 2 supportive sub-belts to help provide relief from lower lumbar back pain and discomfort.

For support, compression and to generate heat around the back and waist. Generates body heat around the joint and muscles to increase flexibility and stimulate blood flow.

The adjustable velcro main belt ensures that the brace fits comfortably and the 4 flexible stays increase stability. The 2 highly elasticised supportive sub-belts offer extra support and controlled firm compression.

Intended uses can include, but are not limited to, lower back pain, lumbar support and back strains. Helps recovery from a lower spinal operation or prevent further damage from a sports-related or other injury.

Hand wash in lukewarm soapy water, rinse and air dry. Store in a cool dry place and away from direct heat and sunlight.

It was recommended by an orthopaedic surgeon after a lower spinal operation and supplied by an orthotist and prosthetist on 28 February 2024 for R1544 (I have proof of purchase and cost to almost certainly be more than that now, probably around R1600). Was always worn over clothing when used.
