What Youll Do

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing complex electrical systems and components. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet technical, quality, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the maintenance team (Fitters) to meet operational targets and work unit objectives.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, audits, and housekeeping standards.
• Maintain plant availability and efficiency at 95% or higher.
• Implement new projects and meet agreed deliverables.
• Adhere to all Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
• Build and sustain effective supplier relationships.
• Monitor inventory of equipment, consumables, and critical spares.
• Plan, organize, and monitor day-to-day work activities.
• Manage performance, conflict, and discipline within the team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Recognised Artisan Qualification (Millwright or Fitter)
• Minimum 5 years maintenance experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Computer literate
• Valid drivers license
