We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day operations across multiple sites within the retail sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating teams, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining strict adherence to timelines and safety standards across soft and hard services.

 Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage on-site activities across soft and hard services

Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards

Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and material deliveries

Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations

Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide practical solutions

Liaise with clients, project managers, and internal teams

Maintain daily site reports and progress updates

Be actively involved on-site (hands-on supervision)

✅ Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor in a retail / commercial environment

Proven experience managing soft and hard services within facilities or construction environments

Strong understanding of site operations and project coordination

Ability to read drawings and manage technical details on-site

Valid driver’s license

Strong leadership and communication skills

Must be hands-on and proactive (not office-based)
