Vacancy: Experienced Site Foreman (Minimum 15 Years’ Experience)

Couru Construction (Pty) Ltd is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Site Foreman to join our construction team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing construction sites, supervising teams, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

• Minimum 15 years’ experience as a Site Foreman in the construction industry.
• Extensive experience in residential, commercial, and/or civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site operations, and project coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
• Strong understanding of occupational health and safety regulations.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities effectively.

• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations.
• Manage site labour, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and maintain construction schedules.
• Enforce health and safety compliance on site.
• Conduct quality control inspections and resolve site-related issues.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients.
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and material control.
• Ensure efficient use of labour, equipment, and resources.

• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate site teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable, disciplined, and deadline-driven.
