We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Air-Conditioning Technician to join our team. To perform day-to-day Air conditioning tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain various types of air-conditioning systems.
• Install new AC units and upgrade existing systems.
• Perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Managing and planning new installations and projects.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing clients' concerns and questions.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an air-conditioning technician.
• HVAC certification and relevant licenses.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have a computer to communicate with clients and to update reports and other admin tasks.
• Computer literacy (Excel Work Outlook etc.).
