Position: Night Shift Driver (Contract)

Ondemand Transport is seeking a reliable, professional, and experienced Night Shift Driver to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe, punctual, and efficient transport services while delivering excellent customer service.

Minimum Requirements

Valid PDP (Professional Driving Permit) – required

Minimum 5 years’ driving experience in staff transport or a similar environment

Proven customer service experience

Ability and willingness to work night shifts

Excellent knowledge of road safety and traffic regulations

Key Responsibilities

Safely transport staff or passengers to and from designated locations

Maintain professional interaction with passengers and dispatch at all times

Ensure vehicles are kept clean, roadworthy, and well-maintained

Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Report any incidents, delays, or vehicle defects immediately

Key Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High level of responsibility and reliability

Ability to work independently and under pressure

Good time management and punctuality
