We’re growing fast, and we're looking for a talented, level-headed individual to help drive our visual presence both in print and on social media.The Role: What You’ll DoThis hybrid role is ideal for someone who can juggle multiple priorities, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be expected to balance the technical demands of preflight work with the creativity of social media content and branding.Design & Preflight• Review and prepare client artwork for production.• Ensure files meet technical specifications (bleed, resolution, colour).• Liaise with the production team for smooth handovers and minimal delays.• Maintain visual consistency aligned with our branding and client expectations.Social Media Management• Create and manage engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.• Confidently use Meta tools for both organic and paid posts.• Respond to queries and build a positive online community.• Develop and execute campaigns to increase brand engagement and lead generation.• Track performance, adjust strategy, and report insights to the team.Collaboration• Work closely with the sales, production, and marketing teams.• Assist with promo campaigns, online ads, and branded content.• Share regular updates on content strategy and performance.What We’re Looking For• Experience: Minimum 1 year in graphic design, preflight and social media.• Tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Pro) – MUST HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE• Preflight Knowledge: Strong understanding of print production standards.• Social media: Hands-on experience managing Meta platforms, organic & paid.• Portfolio: Showcasing design, preflight-ready work and social content.• Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to keep calm under pressure.• Time Management: You must be able to multitask and meet deadlines without compromising quality.• Work Ethic: This is not a role for the faint-hearted.
