As a Claims Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads that can be converted into a sale or quote by our UK partner as part of our Life Insurance campaign, proactively reaching out to clients and providing expert guidance throughout their policy requirements.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Claims Handling: Manage insurance policies efficiently, ensuring a smooth process for clients involved in the UK Life Insurance campaign.

  • Outbound Communication: Initiate contact with clients through outbound communication to gather relevant information, provide updates, and guide them through the product.

  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with Team Managers and Operations Managers to strategize and implement effective sales and quotes.

  • Database Management: Maintain and expand the claims database through effective record-keeping and information capturing.

  • Claims Management: Effectively manage claims activities, focusing on client relationships and achieving successful outcomes within the Life Insurance campaign.

  • Meetings and Reporting: Attend and actively contribute to meetings, providing insights on sales within the Life Insurance campaign. Compile and present comprehensive reports on performance, emphasizing key metrics and action plans.

  • CRM Utilization: Capture accurate and complete information in the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) related to claims within the Life Insurance campaign.


Skills and Specifications:


  • UK Life Insurance Experience: A proven track record in UK Life Insurance

  • Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills.

  • Proficient in Computer Skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Excellent Telephone Personality Skills.

  • Expertise in CRM Software Solutions.

  • Strong Organization and Presentation Skills.

  • Excellent Time Management Skills.

  • Highly Energetic and a Self-Starter.

  • Strong Decision-making, Problem Resolution, and Creative Thinking Skills.

  • Ability to Multitask Activities with Shifting Priorities.

  • Honest, Assertive, and Systematic.


Education and Qualification:


  • MUST have Matric.

  • Relevant Training in UK Life Insurance (1 year minimum experience)

  • Knowledge of Computer Software.
