CNBM invites you to join our team as a Solar Sales Manager in Durban Branch. We are offering you the chance to lead the growth of our solar product footprint across South Africa & beyond.

Responsibilities:

Spearhead sales strategies tailored to solar products, aiming to exceed sales targets & expand our market share.

Inspire & guide the sales team towards exceptional performance, fostering a culture of success & professional growth.

Build & nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in the solar energy sector, including distributors, contractors, & end-users.

Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, & technological advancements in solar energy to identify new opportunities & challenges.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless flow from product development to customer satisfaction.

Develop & maintain a robust pipeline of projects & customers, ensuring CNBM remains a preferred choice in solar solutions.

Address customer inquiries & concerns with expert knowledge & timely, customized solutions.

Prepare detailed sales reports & forecasts, presenting insights & strategies to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong preference for specialization in renewable energy or solar technology.

Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in the solar energy sector, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.

In-depth knowledge of the solar product market, including technical aspects, installation processes, & regulatory environment.

Exceptional leadership abilities with a talent for motivating & developing high-performing sales teams.

Skilled in negotiation & relationship management, with a knack for identifying & closing deals.

Proficiency in CRM platforms & data analysis tools, coupled with strong computer literacy.

Adaptable & strategic thinker with a passion for sustainability & renewable energy.
