Oxford Freshmarket is looking for an experienced Baker to join our team at the Hillcrest Store situated in 9-11 Old Main Road Hillcrest

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods daily
• Ensure all products meet quality and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean and organized baking environment
• Assist with stock management and inventory control
• Provide excellent customer service when needed, helping customers with bakery selections

Requirements and skills required for the position:

• Previous baking experience is a must

· A passion for creating high-quality baked products

• Knowledge of a wide range of recipes

• Familiarity with bakery sanitation and safety regulations

• Excellent organizational skills

• Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends

• Qualification in Culinary Arts will be an advantage
