Description

Busy manufacturer looking for someone to assume front desk reception duties, answer calls, engage with customers face to face and telephonically, take sales orders telephonically, in person and via whatsapp, and ad hoc administration duties as well. Must be computer literate with basic knowledge of MS office packages, particularly MS Excel (a literacy test will be done during interview to display competency). Must be able to provide strong customer service, good telephone etiquette manner, and be a great team player. Please respond to ad with CV if you are interested and have the necessary competencies.
