Description
OZ is looking for an Online Assistant
Phase 1: Build & Test the Online System
You’ll help set the foundation for a seamless online shopping experience by:
Uploading products onto the system
Taking clean, professional pack shots
Cleaning up product names to match required formats
Ensuring all product ranges are correctly represented
Working closely with order clerks and the sales team
Learning the order system inside out
Running dummy orders to test functionality
Logging notes and system issues for the IT Manager
Phase 2: Manage Daily Online Operations
Once live, you’ll take the lead on day-to-day online fulfilment:
Opening the system daily and printing orders
Picking, packing and quality-checking products
Packing boxes according to spec
Managing online packaging consumables
Booking deliveries and tracking orders
Following up with customers and resolving queries
Liaising with Fresh, Bakery, Grocery and Health teams on available ranges
Providing ongoing feedback to improve systems and processes
What We’re Looking For
Strong organisational skills
Able to work independently and within a team
Excellent communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and work to deadlines
Confident on the phone with strong customer service skills
Experience with workflow tools (e.g. ClickUp) advantageous
Knowledge of Arch Retail software highly advantageous
Photography and basic image editing skills
