services to our clients.
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Clerk. The successful
candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing
transactions, and supporting day-to-day accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and process invoices, receipts, and payments
- Track and record expenses
- Maintain accurate filing of all documentation
- Liaise with our creditors and debtors
- Liaise with the truck drivers
- As well as ad-hoc administrative duties
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric (Accounting or Maths advantageous)
- 1-2 years of experience in an admin or bookkeeping role is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Sage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
