We are looking for an office administrator to join our team Duties and Responsibilities based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town: • Performing administrative duties. • Typing, formatting, and editing reports, and documents, • Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records. • Liaising with internal departments, answering calls. • Copying, scanning, and emailing documents. • Managing mail and courier services. • Observing best business practices and etiquette. Key Skills • Advanced typing, and organizational skills. • Ability to manage internal and external correspondence. • Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Exceptional interpersonal skills. • Job Role: Download of results • Industry: Other • 4 Month Temp • Salary: Negotiable Required Skills 3 Years of Experience Qualifications • High school diploma. • Certification in secretarial work, office administration, or related training will be an advantage • 1-2 years of experience in office administrator would be advantageous. • Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel.
