Natalia Financial Brokers CC is seeking a Dedicated Admin Clerk to join our Dynamic Office Team.
As an Administrative Clerk , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative processes , your primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answering the Telephones and Handling Queries herein
Welcoming Clients / Visitors
Booking Appointments
Scanning , Copying and Filing
Following up on Claims and submitting feedback herein
The ideal Candidate should possess the following Qualities:
Well Spoken Presentable
Punctual
Excellent Telephone Etiquette
Customer Service Experience
Organized
Proficient in Most Microsoft Packages
Matric
Previous Experience in a Similar Role would be advantageous
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Highly accurate and detail orientated
Must be able to work well under pressure
Reliable and enthusiastic with a positive "can do" attitude
Within this role , you must know , practice and ensure that company policies and procedures are followed at all times
