Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 09:00 – 17:00

SKY LOGISTICS (PTY) LTD is looking for a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to join our team in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

 Key Responsibilities

Welcoming and assisting clients and visitors

Answering and directing incoming phone calls

Managing incoming and outgoing emails

Handling courier deliveries and collections

Maintaining a tidy and professional reception area

Scheduling appointments and meetings

Filing, scanning, and organizing documents

Assisting management with general administrative tasks

Managing office stationery and basic office supplies

Handling incoming and outgoing mail

✅ Requirements

Previous receptionist or administrative experience will be an advantage

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Professional appearance and attitude

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email)

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Reliable and punctual
