Administrative Assistant (90% Remote)
Location: North Coast (Office based near the airport)
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is primarily remote (90%), with occasional office-based requirements at our North Coast office near the airport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expense tracking and reconciliation
- Payroll processing
- Accommodation bookings and coordination
- Fleet management and vehicle administration
- General administrative support to management
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
Minimum Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred)
- Working experience on Sage (payroll and/or accounting modules)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong communication skills
Advantageous:
- Previous experience in payroll administration
- Experience managing fleet logistics
- Relevant administrative qualification
