A high-performing dealership in Sandton is seeking an experienced and qualified Ford Master Technician who takes pride in precision diagnostics, quality workmanship, and productivity. If you are confident in your Ford technical ability and know how to consistently produce hours while maintaining manufacturer standards, we want to hear from you.

This is a role for a technician who doesn’t just fix vehicles, but understands systems, warranty protocols, and workshop efficiency.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 6+ years’ proven Ford Technician experience

Ford Master Technician qualification

STARS Training Report (must be submitted with CV)

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding expertise

Proficient in PTS (Professional Technician System)

Ability to complete warranty write-ups according to MSXI standards

Consistent ability to sell 8 hours per day

Valid driver’s license

Own reliable transport

Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven workshop

Key Responsibilities

Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Ford vehicles

Ensure all repairs meet Ford manufacturer standards and quality checks

Accurately complete warranty documentation in line with MSXI requirements

Utilize PTS effectively for diagnostics and technical procedures

Maintain high productivity and efficiency levels

Mentor and support junior technicians within the workshop

Stay up to date with Ford technical bulletins and training
