- Optimize warehouse layout, workflow, SOPs, and efficiency to reduce costs and improve productivity.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and local partners.
- Ensure compliance with South African labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on inventory, shipments, costs, and KPI performance.
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance, 5S management, and risk control for goods and operations.
- Support business expansion, new project launch, and cross-border supply chain between China and South Africa.
